Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting our services. Misrepresentation or omission of information may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- Legal Compliance: Clients must ensure that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe they may be used for unlawful purposes.

Payment Terms

Training and Certification
- Security License Training: Our training programs are designed to prepare individuals for security license exams. We do not guarantee that participants will pass any state or national licensing exams.
- CPR Training: Our CPR training follows recognized standards and is intended to equip participants with the skills needed to perform CPR. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any provisions of these terms that are intended to survive termination (such as confidentiality and payment obligations) shall remain in effect.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies used or created by the Company in the course of providing services are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaii.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
